The Waterside Retreat is the ultimate air bnb experience! 5 MINUTES TO FORT MYERS AND SANIBEL BEACHES!!! With PLENTY of room for the whole group you and your crew won’t want to leave! This 2 story home sits on a fantastic lot with a gorgeous view of the entire lake. Enjoy the heated pool, massive outdoor kitchen, putting green, firepit, and more!

The space

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The Den downstairs consists of 2 double bunk beds and a pull out sofa. The sectional in the living room can also be turned into a bed that sleeps 2 people by filling the ottoman into the middle of the sectional. The home can sleep 14 people at MAX capacity.

There are several different areas for your family or group to enjoy the home! The COURTYARD in the middle of the home has a green turf area with our trademark neon sign and a firepit for great conversation!

The DEN is where we have 2 bunk beds and a pull out sofa where the kids can break off and watch their own shows and play games.

The LIVING room is the main entertainment room of the house where the whole family can gather to watch a movie or adults can separate to relax while kids play in the den.

The DINING room seats 8 guests to accommodate a wonderful sit down meal.

The OUTDOOR space includes a full outdoor kitchen with a grill and beverage fridge. We provide the propane tanks but it is up to guests to fill them if empty. We have a smart TV on the patio so you can log into your favorite streaming sites to watch the big game! Our turf lawn consists of a green area and a putting green for the group to enjoy, along with hammocks and seats and table on the dock.

The KIDS CLUB is a hidden room in the house that will keep your kids busy when they go on the hunt to find the secret club house. Guests can reach out to the host to find out where it’s location is if they can’t find it on their own. The Kids Club has a smart TV for kids to watch movies and tons of pillows and blankets to stay comfortable
