This was a great spot for our family for our first visit to Marco Island. Jake was very responsive with the few questions that we had and that was always appreciated. My only suggestion is that it would have been helpful to have a “first time” binder for those visiting the area with a few recommendations of restaurants, grocery, drink purchase locations, and when garbage pick-up is so those staying can get any excess garbage removed from the property in a timely manner. Overall loved it and will look at Jake’s properties for our next summer trip!

Jake’s place was nice and it was easy to unwind there. The two king beds were a nice touch and were comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. The beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. Our favorite part was relaxing at the pool at the end of each day. The neighborhood was quiet with many nice homes nearby. It was a home away from home for a few days.
