We were very fortunate to not have any damage during Ian. This luxury coastal villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 king rooms and 1 queen room and a large couch for someone to sleep on. Each bedroom has a smart TV so you can log into your favorite streaming sites. The home was designed to submerse you in ultimate Florida luxury. Not only are you 4 miles to the beaches but you are close to many shopping centers and restaurants. The home was designed as a vacation rental with you in mind! All bedding is hotel quality and extremely comfortable! The stunning view of the water is the first thing you see past the crystal blue infinity pool when you walk through the front door. There’s nothing better than jumping in a heated pool after a day at the beach!
