Loved the house at Cape Coral! Joe and his team were the most responsive Airbnb hosts I’ve ever worked with. Everything was just as described. It was our first time to Cape Coral and I would say the location was not our favorite. But we had absolutely no complaints with the house. The Cape Coral area is mainly residential. It’s a bit a drive to just about anything – restaurants, attractions, etc. Not a deal-breaker but something we came to notice after a day or two. Thank you for a wonderful family week of togetherness!

We had a great stay with extended family! Great house right on the water with a boat dock which was wonderful. Boat rental for the week made it easy to navigate to Sanibel island and theTiki Boat house. The pool and spa were definitely enjoyed by all. The house was well stocked with plenty of small appliances, toiletries and towels for the pool as well. The layout was perfect for our family and we would highly recommend this home and location to others. We would definitely consider this home again when visiting the area!

The space
We went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of our guests!
All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses to ensure an incredible nights sleep.
Each room has has an LG Smart WEB TV with Netflix for when you are winding down at night.
The game room has a foosball table , board games, Pacman arcade game, space invader arcade game and Large TV with a Nintendo 64. Just enough to keep the kids occupied during any down time throughout your stay.
We heat the hot tub for free but there is an extra charge if you want the pool heated.

There are 5 bedrooms
4 rooms with king size beds
1 room 2 twin beds

3 of the king rooms have a private bath.
